Cleaner

Teesside International Airport is looking for a hard-working, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our growing cleaning team. You will be dedicated and perform your duties to a high-level to ensure the airport is clean and tidy for our passengers!

We have the opportunity for two part-time employees to join us for 20 hours per week. The shift pattern for this role is 4 on and 2 off. There are two associated shift patterns for early and lates, to cover the Airport’s operating times (5am to 7pm).

Main duties:

· To maintain a first-class passenger experience & environment through a consistent & thorough approach to cleaning

· Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

· Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

· Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

· Maintain stock and supply rooms

The successful candidate will have:

· Previous experience in working as a cleaner

· Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

· An interest in working in the aviation sector is desirable
