Key Responsibilities
Deliver a first-class passenger experience while supporting the growth of our retail, food and beverage offering.
Provide front-of-house retail, bar and table service, taking passenger orders and serving food and drinks.
Prepare hot and cold food items in line with company standards.
Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
Ensure food safety and environmental health practices are followed at all times.
Develop a strong knowledge of our retail, food and beverage products and actively upsell to customers.
Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
Experience & Skills
Essential
Educated to GCSE level or hold a Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
Previous experience within a retail, food and beverage environment.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
Strong understanding of food handling and hygiene standards.
Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.
Desirable
Experience in a similar hospitality environment.
Experience working within the aviation sector.
Awareness of environmental health guidelines and compliance requirements.
